Sales Customer Development Center Representative


Job Description

Northtown Automotive Companies is looking for an outgoing & professional individual capable of multi-tasking in our Customer Development Center. The CDC Representative is primarily responsible for answering incoming calls from customers inquiring about service.


  • Handling all incoming customer service inquiries
  • Scheduling service appointments for all locations
  • Following up with customers to ensure their visit was to their satisfaction
  • Providing information to customers about the status of their appointment


  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Very organized & detail orientated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer savvy and comfortable with technology
  • Previous phone sales or call center experience is preferred

Hours required:
Full and part-time available

Flexible schedule, 2 Saturdays per month REQUIRED
