Administration Title and Billing Clerk


Job Description

Northtown Automotive Companies is looking for detail orientated, organized, and hard-working individuals to assist in one of our Title and Billing offices.

*** Full and part-time opportunities available***

The Title/Billing Clerk is responsible for handling all paperwork associated with purchasing a new or used vehicle and distributing that paperwork to our partnered lending institutions and DMV.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Stocking in vehicles based on supplied invoice
  • Writing payoff checks for vehicles taken in on trade
  • Billing out retail and wholesale transactions
  • Working closely with the Finance Management teams to ensure funding issues are taken care of in a timely manner
  • Processing registration and title paperwork in accordance with NYS DMV laws and regulations


  • Clean and valid NYS Driver’s License
  • Previous experience as a Title Clerk preferred
  • Ability to learn and use automotive software
  • Strong problem solving skills

Hours required:
Full-time: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
Part-time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 4-9PM and Saturday 9AM-5PM
