Administration Title and Billing Clerk (Full-time/Part-time)
Northtown Automotive Companies is looking for detail orientated, organized and hard-working individuals to assist part-time or full-time in our Title and Billing offices.
The Title/Billing Clerk is responsible for handling all paperwork associated with purchasing a new or used vehicle and distributing that paperwork to our partnered lending institutions and DMV.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Stocking in vehicles based on supplied invoice
- Writing payoff checks for vehicles taken in on trade
- Billing out retail and wholesale transactions
- Working closely with the Finance Management teams to ensure funding issues are taken care of in a timely manner
- Processing registration and title paperwork in accordance with NYS DMV laws and regulations
- Clean and valid NYS Driver’s License
- Previous administrative experience
- Ability to learn and use automotive software
- Strong problem solving skills
Part-time: Monday-Thursday 4-9PM and Saturday 9AM-5PM
Full-time: Some evenings and Saturdays required
